高校要实现立德树人根本任务，必须重视大学生劳动精神培育。在“第二个结合”视域下考察大学生劳动精神培育具有重要意义。高校要从培育目标、培育内容、培育方式三个维度进行大学生劳动精神培育，培育目标维度包括理论认知、价值认同、实践能力、文化品格；培育内容维度包括掌握理论方法、设计实践活动、营造文化环境；培育方式维度包括理论学习、实践养成和评价激励。通过构建三重培育维度，为高校解决大学生劳动精神培育中的现实问题提供理论参考和实践路径。

Colleges must attach great importance to cultivating the spirit of labor among college students in order to achieve the fundamental task of moral education and talent cultivation.Examining the cultivation of labor spirit among college students under the framework of the “Second Integration” holds significant importance. Colleges should foster students' labor spirit through three dimensions:cultivation objectives,content,and methods.The objectives dimension primarily includes theoretical cognition,value recognition,practical abilities,and cultural character development;the content dimension mainly involves mastering theoretical methods,designing practical activities,and creating a cultural environment;the methods dimension encompasses theoretical learning,practical cultivation,and evaluation encouragement. This paper grounded in the “Second Integration” framework,constructs a three-dimensional cultivation model to provide theoretical references and practical pathways for universities in addressing real-world issues in labor spirit cultivation.
