围绕退役复学大学生校园再适应这一核心问题，立足社会工作专业视角，对该群体面临的困境与成因展开全面剖析，探索针对性的专业介入路径。研究结果表明，退役复学大学生在校园生活中普遍遭遇学业进度滞后、心理情绪焦虑、自我身份认同模糊、人际交往疏离等多重现实难题。研究证实了社会工作介入该群体适应问题的专业独特优势，并以此为依据提出具体可行的解决对策：个人层面，聚焦增能赋权与认知重构，帮助学生提升适应能力；高校层面，着力优化内部管理机制与校园服务体系，为群体适应提供制度支撑；社会层面，进一步加强多方资源整合与校园文化过渡建设，营造友好包容的外部环境。研究结论旨在助力退役复学大学生顺利实现校园再适应，为健全退役军人保障体系、提高高校人才培养工作质量提供切实可行的实践参考。

As the government pays increasing attention to service support and education management for military veterans,it has become particularly important to examine how student veterans re-adapt to campus life.This group commonly faces a range of practical challenges——academic,daily life,psychological,and social.Drawing on the distinct strengths of social work as a discipline,this study proposes specific strategies to address these issues:at the individual level,empowerment and cognitive restructuring are the main focus to help student veterans improve their adaptability;at the institutional level,internal management systems and campus service systems should be optimised to provide systematic support for the group;at the societal level,multi-party resource integration and transition-oriented campus culture should be enhanced to build a friendly and inclusive external environment.Social work intervention helps student veterans re-adapt to campus life smoothly,and provides practical insights for improving the veteran support and service system and enhancing the quality of talent development in higher education.
