加强网络思想政治教育有助于增强思想政治教育的亲和力、影响力和实效性。阐述新时期大学生智能手机依赖问题的现状，剖析其成因，提出大学生自身要有为、家庭教育要有责、高校思想政治教育要有位、社会网络治理要有范等相关对策，以期增强高校网络思想政治教育效能。
Abstract：It will enhance affinity, influence and pragmaticality of ideological and political education through internet work.This paper expounds the current situation of college students' dependence on mobile phones in the new era, analyzes its causes and puts forward specific countermeasures, such as college students' own commitment, family education responsibility, ideological and political education in colleges and universities and social network governance style, in order to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education on the internet in colleges and universities.
