伴随着知识经济时代的来临,个人知识管理已从企业走进教育领域,并使教育领域产生巨大的变化。教师作为受过专门教育和训练的,在学校中向学生传递人类科学文化知识和技能的人,不断地提高个人知识管理,已经成为当今社会对教师发展的迫切需要,基于此,本文探讨了教师专业发展和个人知识管理的概念及重要性,并提出了个人知识管理的教师专业发展策略。

With the advent of knowledge economy,personal knowledge management from the enterprise into the field of education and produce great changes in education field.Teachers for special education and trained,pass to students in school of human scientific and cultural knowledge and skills,continuously improve the personal knowledge management,in today's society has become the urgent need of development of teachers. Based on this,this article discusses the concept and significance of the teachers' professional development and personal knowledge management and put forward the personal knowledge management of the strategy of teachers' professional development.
