摘要：
本文通过分析在高校中建立融洽的师生关系的途径,在师生关系中特别注意的几个问题,阐述在高等院校中建立融洽的师生关系的重要意义,纠正在高等学校学生工作中不正常的师生关系,使高等学校的学生在融洽师生关系中健康成长,从而实现学生教育与管理工作的目标。
Abstract：This paper aims to find the good way to building the harmonious relationship between the students and teachers,especially several important issues concerned,set forth the significance of it and correct the mistakes in the their relations so as to enable the students to develop in a healthy environment and therefore,realized the target of the education and management in universities.
