党的二十大报告首次用专章论述法治中国建设，体现了法治在中国式现代化建设中的重要性，充分彰显了新时代全面依法治国的战略地位，为法治中国建设指明了方向。法治中国建设不仅具有丰富的理论内涵，更具有完整的科学路径，即坚持依宪治国，完善法律体系；坚持依法行政，提高公信力；严格公正司法，维护公平正义；建设法治社会，筑牢法治基础。法治中国建设既有利于推动马克思主义法治理论中国化时代化创新发展，也有利于推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化，为我国在法治轨道上实现中国式现代化目标指明了方向。

The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China devotes a special chapter to the construction of law-based governance in China for the first time, reflecting the importance of the rule of law in Chinese-type modernization, fully displaying the strategic position of the law-based governance on all fronts in the new era, and indicating right direction for the construction of law-based governance in China.The construction of law-based governance in China has not only rich theoretical connotation but also complete scientific path, that is, to adhere to governing the country according to the constitution and improve the legal system; to stick to administration according to law and improve public credibility; to strictly administer justice and safeguard fairness and justice; to build a society ruled by law and lay a solid foundation for the rule of law.The construction of law-based governance in China is conducive to promoting both the innovative development of the sinicization and modernization of Marxist rule of law theory and the modernization of national governance systems and governance capabilities, pointing out the direction for realizing the goal of Chinese-style modernization on the track of rule of law.
