教师是学校教育的关键所在,其心理健康是从事教育工作的必要条件.目前中小学教师心理危机导致的恶性事件已经影响到部分教师和学生的健康成长,本文从心理危机干预的社会学意义、中小学教师发生心理危机的原因、如何建立中小学教师心理危机干预等方面进行了研究和论述.

Teachers are essential in school education,and their Psychological health is necessary to engage in teaching.But deadliest affairs resulted from teachers' Physiological crisis have already affected the developments of some teachers and students.Therefore,the social function,the reasons of physiological crisis of teachers in middle schools and elementary schools and the ways to establishing psychological interference are discussed in this paper.
