文化能够在潜移默化中影响、引导或者约束人的思想与言行。高校作为先进文化的创造者和传承者，肩负着传播知识、思想、真理和文化的历史重任，肩负着塑造人的灵魂及品格的历史使命。分析新时代高校大学生廉洁文化教育存在的问题，探究解决问题的有效对策，对于为中华民族伟大复兴培育更多“明大德、守公德、严私德”的时代新人，以及为国家发展培养更多“有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律”的社会主义建设者和可靠接班人，具有积极的现实意义。

Culture is the root and soul of a nation, which can subtly influence, guide, or constrain people's thoughts and words.As creators and inheritors of advanced culture, universities bear the historical responsibility of disseminating knowledge, ideas, truth, and culture, and the historical mission of shaping human souls and character.Analyzing the problems existing in the education of integrity culture for college students in the new era, exploring effective solutions to these problems, and cultivating more new generation members with “great morality, public ethics, and strict personal ethics” for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, as well as cultivating more socialist builders and reliable successors with “ideals, morals, culture, and discipline” for the development of the country, have positive practical significance.
