采用超声和醇沉淀法提取黑茶中的茶多糖成分,以葡萄糖为标准品用苯酚-硫酸法在紫外光谱下对不同产地黑茶中的茶多糖进行测定.实验结果:葡萄糖在浓度为2.857 1~10.000 mg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系;方法的精密度和准确度均较高.表明此方法测定茶多糖含量简单、可靠,实验测得的云南产古云海熟普洱中茶多糖含量最高.
Abstract:The polysaccharide in dark tea was extracted by phenol-sulfuric acid method,and was determined by UV spectroscopy with glucose as standard.The result showed that the content of glucose had a good linear in the range of 2.8571~10.000 mg/mL;the precision and accuracy of the method was good.The method in this paper was simple and reliable to determine the content of polysaccharide in dark tea,and the content of polysaccharide in Gu Yunhai Pu'er tea of Yunnan Province was highest.
