高校图书馆作为高校教学和科研的重要基地,一直以参考咨询和情报服务为主要工作.近年来,随着国家一系列关于高校图书馆知识产权信息服务建设的政策出台及知识产权战略的逐步深入实施,高校的知识产权信息服务也随之规模化、规范化地开展起来.通过对高校图书馆知识产权信息服务的发展现状进行分析,指出知识产权信息服务发展过程中出现的问题,并提出相应的建议,为高校图书馆知识产权信息服务的良性发展提供建设性意见.

As an important base of teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities, university libraries take reference service and information service as the main work.In recent years, with the introduction of a series of national policies on the construction of intellectual property information service in university libraries and the gradual and deep implementation of the intellectual property strategy, the intellectual property information service in universities has also begun to be more large-scale and standardized.Through the analysis and research on the development status of intellectual property information service in the university library, this paper points out the problems in the development process of intellectual property information service in the university library, and puts forward corresponding suggestions, so as to provide constructive suggestions for the sound development of intellectual property information service in university libraries.
