通过阐述中日两国调味品的产生和发展,比较中日两国在调味品应用上存在的异同,分析二者产生差异的原因,旨在从调味品应用的角度进一步了解中日之间历史、文化和地理环境的差异,以促进中日两国调味品开发应用方面的良性交流和发展.

Abstract:

This paper expounds the origin and development of condiments in China and Japan, compares the similarities and differences in the application of condiments in China and Japan, and analyzes the reasons for the differences.The purpose is to further understand the differences in history, culture and geographical environment between China and Japan from the perspective of condiment application, so as to promote the benign exchanges and development of condiment development and application between China and Japan.
