靺鞨是古代东北亚地区一个古老的民族 ,它曾经与东北亚另一个强大民族高句丽长期共处 ,二者之间的关系构成了当时东北亚政治舞台上的重要篇章。但由于诸部还没有形成统一政权 ,各部对外政策也不一致 ,因此 ,在与高句丽的交往问题上也是各自为政的。本文以此为出发点 ,以诸部中的三个强大的部落粟末、黑水、白山为中心 ,分别探讨它们与高句丽间的关系。从而分析 6— 8世纪东北亚地区的区域形势 ,明确判断史书所载的的正确指向 ,为一系列历史事件 ,如 :族属问题、唐与高句丽战争期间诸部的不同态度、渤海国的族属问题等的正确解答提供充分的证据

Mohe was an old ethinic group in ancient Northeast Asia,It had ever coexisted with Koreans,another powerful ethinic group in Northeast Asia for a long time.The relationship between Mohe and Koreans constituted important political activities in Northeast Asia at that time. Whereas,Mohe that was composed of many clans was far from a unification,each clan did things in his own way.So the article makes studies on the relationship respectively between Koreans with Sumo,Heishui,Baishan that are the most powerful clans in Mohe,analyzes the situations in Northeast.Asia and discovers the origin of Mohe.Furthermore,this article offers adequate evidence for a few historical questions.
