卓越工程师培养计划是一种以工程素质和创新能力培养为核心的人才培养模式.针对《检测技术》课程教学方式普遍不能满足卓越工程师培养要求的现状,提出了一种以提高学生实践能力、创新能力为目标的教学改革方法,对现有的授课思路、教学内容、教学方法和考核体系等进行了研究、调整和改革.为培养适应国家发展战略和经济建设需要的卓越工程师奠定了基础.

Excellent engineers training plan is a kind of talent training mode in which engineering quality and innovation ability training is the core of the plan.Measurement Technique course teaching in our school can not meet the requirements of the excellent engineers training.This paper puts forward a kind of teaching reform method to improve students' practice ability and innovation ability.This paper researches adjustment and reforms the existing teaching ideas,teaching content,teaching methods and evaluation system,lays a foundation for the training of excellent engineers to adapt to national development strategies and economic construction.
