和谐的环境能够培养美德,给人以前进的动力,促进人的全面发展和健康成长。大学生的健康成长离不开和谐班级的氛围。本文以党的十六届四中全会提出的构建和谐社会的重要思想为指导,阐述构建高校和谐班集体的意义、特征以及构建对策。

Harmonious surroundings,in which virtue can be well cultivated,provides people with power to advance,and promotes people to fully develop and grow.A class of harmony plays a crucial role in graduates' growth.This paper,under direction of the ideology of constructing a harmonious society brought forward at the 4th Plenary Session of the 16th Party Central Committee,clarifies the meaning,specialty and measures of the construction of a class of harmony as a community in university.
