针对大学生入学心理普查中发现的问题,尝试用音乐心理调适的方法实施团体干预.设计包括接受式、自主式和创造投入式三个阶段的实验路径,选取31名被试进行为期36周的实验干预和追踪测量.对4次SCL-90测量结果进行统计分析,发现音乐心理调适干预方法具有缓解心理压力、促进人际交往、塑造健全人格等作用,对被试者的心理调节具有一定的积极效应.
Abstract:Based on the problems found in the entrance-psychology general surveys for students in colleges and universities,this paper attempted to implement a series of group interventions with music psychological adjustment way.The entire design is composed of the following three stages of experimental paths,namely acceptance,autonomy and creative Input.And by selecting totally 31 testees,this paper launched the time-phased 2-year experimental interventions and tracking measurements step by step.After a series of statistics and analyses upon the SCL-90 measurement results for the past 4 times,it turns out that the music psychologically-adjusting experimental interventions have played key roles in alleviating psychological pressures,promoting inter-personal communications and shaping perfect personality,as well as achieved certain active effects on the psychological adjustments of testees.
