鞍山师范学院学报

采用中文人生意义量表(C-MLQ)对136名大学生志愿者的生命意义感进行测量,选取生命意义感得分较高的14位大学生志愿者作为访谈对象,借助扎根理论的方法对访谈结果进行编码分析.结果表明,志愿服务超过1年的大学生志愿者明显具有更强的生命意义感;大学生志愿者生命意义感影响因素的内因包括利他行为、丰富心理健康内涵、重新看待死亡与提升专业技能;外因包括志愿组织架构与大环境对志愿服务的支持.提升大学生志愿者的生命意义感是提高志愿服务水平的关键.

The Chinese life meaning scale(C-MLQ) was used to measure the sense of meaning of life of 136 college student volunteers,and 14 college student volunteers with high score of sense of meaning of life were selected as interview subjects,with the help of grounded theory,the interview results were coded and analyzed.The results showed that the volunteers with higher grades and more than 1 year's voluntary service had a stronger sense of meaning of life.The internal factors of college student volunteers' high sense of life meaning include altruistic behavior,enriching the connotation of mental health,reconsidering death and improving professional skills;external causes include the support of volunteer organization structure and environment.To improve the sense of life meaning of college student volunteers is the key to improve the level of volunteer service.
