社会责任的履行和创新投入对企业财务绩效具有影响。基于医药行业上市公司6年的数据,分析企业社会责任、创新投入与财务绩效三者之间的关系。社会责任的履行对财务绩效具有积极影响,创新投入对财务绩效具有负的影响,社会责任与创新投入相调节有正向促进作用。就此,提出提高财务绩效的相关建议。
Abstract：The performance of social responsibility and innovation investment have an impact on corporate financial performance.Based on the 6 year data of listed companies in pharmaceutical industry, this paper analyzes the relationship among corporate social responsibility, innovation investment and financial performance.The implementation of social responsibility has a positive impact on financial performance, innovation investment has a negative impact on financial performance, and the adjustment of social responsibility and innovation input has a positive promoting effect.Therefore, some countermeasures are put forward to improve financial performance.
