为提升专业建设水平,物理学专业以师范类专业认证标准中的毕业要求落实为切入点,强化实践及价值引领,提升师范生师德规范和教育情怀,完善课程体系,夯实学科素养,强化实践体验,提升教学、班级指导和育人能力,多角度、多渠道培养师范生批判反思和沟通合作能力.上述举措促进了师范生“一践行三学会”教育要求的达成,使专业认证工作成为专业建设的有力推手.
Abstract:The physics major takes the implementation of graduation requirements in the normal professional certification standards as the starting point, strengthens the practice and value guidance, improves the standard of teacher ethics and educational feelings of normal students, improves the curriculum system, strengthens the discipline cultivation and the practical experience, improves the teaching, class guidance and education ability, and cultivates the critical reflection and communication and cooperation ability of normal students from multiple angles and channels.The above methods have promoted the realization of the educational requirements of “practice teacher ethics; learn to teach, learn to educate and learn to develop” for teacher trainees, and made the professional certification work a powerful driving force for professional construction.
