民宿是基于游客的深度体验而兴起的住宿模式,相较传统旅游酒店具有更加鲜明的历史性、地域性文化特征。民宿设计开发应以推动区域经济发展、展现地方文化风貌、承载群体精神记忆等功能为定位,从地域文化、历史文化、生态文化等角度入手,做好民宿文化的识别与设计。在创新驱动发展战略理论的指导下,推进理念、技术、政策、路径的全面创新,驱动民宿市场空间的纵深拓展和产业行业的有序发展,使民宿产品由单一的旅游要素向具有吸引力优势的旅游资源转变。
Abstract:Home accommodations are an accommodation model that has emerged based on deep experience.Compared with traditional tourist hotels, home accommodations have more distinctive historical and regional cultural characteristics.The design and development of home accommodations should take the functions of promoting the regional economic development, displaying local cultural features and carrying group spiritual memory as orientation, and do a good job in the identification and design of home accommodation culture from the perspectives of regional culture, historical culture and ecological culture.Under the guidance of the innovation-driven development strategy, it is necessary to carry out comprehensive innovation in concepts, technologies, policies and paths to drive the in-depth expansion of the home accommodation market and the orderly development of the industry, so that home accommodation products will be transformed from a single tourist element to a tourism resource with the attractive advantage.
