学术论文作者不当署名问题关乎科研道德和学术诚信，应予规范化。在分析作者不当署名的表现形式、问题、原因和危害的基础上，提出了相应的对策建议。研究发现，高校学报需要规范工作运行，完善相关制度规范，优化官方网站及采编系统投稿环节涉及作者信息的功能模块，补充投稿指南与版权协议的相关条款，制定采编系统作者信息完备制度、作者贡献声明制度、主要信息提前公示制度，为规避作者不当署名问题、营造健康的期刊学术生态提供保障。

The issue of improper authorshipinacademic papers concerns scientific research ethics and academic integrity and should be standardized.The article analyzes the manifestations,problems,causes and harms of the author′s improperauthorship,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The study shows that university journals need to standardize work operation,improve relevant institutional norms,optimize the functional modules involving author information in the official website and the submission process of the submission and peer review system,supplement the relevant terms of the submission guide and copyright agreement,formulate the complete author information system,author contribution declaration systemand the system for advance public disclosure of main information,to provide guarantees for avoiding the phenomenon of improper authorship and creating a healthy journal academic ecology.
