习近平文化思想是新时代党领导文化建设实践经验的理论总结，是马克思主义文化理论的最新成果，是新时代高校思想政治教育高质量发展的科学指南和根本遵循。其中，“第二个结合”是习近平文化思想具有突破性的原理性贡献，在深入分析“第二个结合”与高校思想政治教育的内在关联及其融入时代价值的基础上，应从构建融入体制机制、创新融入新模式、发挥高校思想政治教育主课堂以及“隐课堂”作用四方面着手，进一步推动高校思想政治教育高质量发展。

Xi Jinping Thought on Culture is the theoretical summary of the Party's practical experience in leading cultural construction in the new era,the latest achievement of Marxist cultural theory,and the scientific guide and fundamental guideline for the high-quality development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era.“The Second Integration” is a breakthrough contribution of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture,which analyzes in depth the intrinsic connection between “The Second Integration” and ideological and political education in colleges and universities and the value of its integration,and proposes to promote its high-quality development in four aspects,namely,constructing an integration system and mechanism,innovating a new mode of integration,playing the role of the main classroom and the “ hidden classroom”.
