变革型领导、工作满意度和组织公民行为的关系研究

摘要:

探究变革型领导和员工工作满意度对员工组织公民行为的影响,以及员工工作满意度是否在变革型领导与员工组织公民行为的相关关系中起中介作用是很有必要的。向在职员工发放问卷并收集样本数据,实证研究证明,变革型领导与员工的组织公民行为正相关;员工的工作满意度越高,变革型领导越会增加员工的组织公民行为。员工的工作满意度在变革型领导与员工组织公民行为之间起到了中介作用,表明当前企业应重视组织中的变革型领导,加强组织中变革型领导的培养,以增加员工的工作满意度,提升组织公民行为。

Abstract:

It is necessary to explore the influence of transformational leadership and employee job satisfaction on employee organizational citizenship behavior, and whether employee job satisfaction plays a mediating role in the correlation between transformational leadership and employee organizational citizenship behavior.The empirical research is carried out by collecting sample data from questionnaires of employees.The research results show that transformational leadership is positively correlated with organizational citizenship behavior of employees.The higher the job satisfaction of employees, the more transformational leadership will increase the organizational citizenship behavior of employees.The results also show that employee job satisfaction plays a mediating role between transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior, which also indicates that enterprises should attach importance to transformational leadership in organizations and strengthen the training of transformational leadership in organizations, so as to increase employee job satisfaction and enhance organizational citizenship behavior.
