同伴互助是幼儿园园本教研的三大支柱形式之一。随着国家对幼儿教师专业发展水平要求的不断提高,幼儿教师同伴互助的主要形式也在不断得到丰富和发展,但也存在诸多问题。本文在对问题成因分析的基础上,从实践的角度提出了相应的对策。

The peer mutual aid is one of the three pillars of forms to do the preschool education research.With the improvement of national requirements for teachers' professional development level,the main forms of preschool teachers' peer mutual aid are also constantly being enriched and developed,but there are many problems.In this paper,on the basis of analyzing the reason for problems,the author put forward the corresponding countermeasures from the viewpoint of practice.
