21世纪我国进入了独生子女化时代,独生子女学生群体的教育问题将会直接影响我国未来人口的素质,关系着国家民族的前途。本文结合当代独生子女大学生思想行为特点,深入探究促进独生子女大学生教育管理工作的途径,提出改善学生德育工作的对策。

As our country has entered into the only-child policy times in the 21st century,the educational problem of the only-child college students will directly affect the quality of our country's future population,and concern the prospect of the state and the nation.This paper combining with the ideological and behavioral characteristics of the contemporary only-child college students,probes deeply into the approach to promote the educational administration work of the only-child college students,and puts forward the countermeasures of improving students' moral education.
