马克思劳动观强调劳动对人和人类社会的产生、发展的重要性，为新时代开展大学生劳动精神培育工作提供了理论指引。从马克思劳动观的理论视角探讨新时代大学生劳动精神培育问题，能够更深刻理解新时代大学生劳动精神培育的意义和价值。分析当前大学生劳动精神培育面临的现实困境，积极探求培育大学生劳动精神的可行性路径。在新时代条件下，必须坚持以马克思劳动观为指导，充分发挥社会、高校、家庭和大学生自身的作用，共同创设良好氛围，使大学生逐步树立劳动精神。

Marx's labor view emphasizes the importance of labor to the emergence and development of human beings and human society, and provides theoretical guidance for the cultivation of college students' labor spirit in the new era.From the theoretical perspective of Marx's labor view, this paper explores the cultivation of college students' labor spirit in the new era and helps to understand the significance and value of college students' labor spirit cultivation in the new era.It also analyzes the current difficulties faced by college students' labor spirit cultivation, and seeks the feasibility of cultivating college students' labor spirit path.Under the conditions of the new era, we must adhere to the Marx's labor view, give full play to the role of the society, colleges and universities, families and college students themselves, and jointly create a good atmosphere to enable college students to gradually establish a labor spirit.
