大学生社区志愿服务对高校培育和践行社会主义核心价值观具有素材意义、过程意义和效果意义,应以认同教育为核心和目标,以实践育人为方式和助力,以氛围形成为过程和导向,以学生成长为效果和愿景。通过形成制度化、科学化、联动化和常态化的实践育人机制,凝练出"公益实践"的理念,实现高校育人工作指导思想明确、工作方法多样、育人效果突出的目标。

Colleges students' voluntary service in the community is of great importance to practise the socialist core values.It should take identity education as core and goal,educating as method and assistance,environment construction as process and guide,students' growth as effect and hope. Through building scientific and normalized education mechanism,it generalizes the concept of public benefit practice to realize the goal of a clear direction,diversified working methods and prominent effects.
