鞍山师范学院学报

通过对高校学报党建工作与出版工作融合现状的调查，发现高校学报重业务、轻党建的思想仍然存在，同时底线意识不强、组织保障不够、主题出版不足等问题也比较突出。为此，高校学报应提高政治站位，严格落实相关规定，加强编审队伍建设，完善规章制度，更好地发挥党建工作在出版工作中的引领作用，促进高校学报党建工作与出版工作的深度融合。

A survey was conducted on the current status of the integration of party building work and publishing work.It was found that the mindset of "emphasizing business and neglecting party building" still exists in university journals.At the same time,issues such as weak bottomline awareness,insufficient organizational support,and inadequate thematic publishing are prominent.Therefore,university journals should take measures such as enhancing political awareness,strictly implementing relevant regulations,strengthening the construction of editorial and review teams,and improving rules and regulations to better leverage the leading role of party building work in publishing work and promote the deep integration of party building work and publishing work in university journals.
