当代大学生的恋爱现象已日益呈现出普遍化的趋势,培养健康的恋爱心理和行为对大学生的健康成长具有重要的意义.本文结合调查结果对大学生恋爱的特点进行分析,进而提出科学的、可操作的教育策略,指导大学生树立正确的恋爱观和人生观,提高身心健康水平.

Love phenomenon of contemporary college students has shown a general and enlarging trend,cultivate love psychology and behavioral health is of great significance for the healthy growth of University students.In this paper,according to the result of the investigation of college students' love,and then put forward the scientific,operational strategy of the education,guiding students to establish a correct love outlook and outlook on life,to improve the physical and mental health.
