常玉艺术作品自20世纪90年代开始逐渐成为拍卖市场的宠儿,国内外的拍卖价格一路上扬.常玉作为一位焦点艺术人物,其艺术品被市场发掘和认知的过程是艺术品市场分析的极佳案例.通过对1996—2018年常玉作品在全球重要的艺术品市场上的501条完整拍卖数据分析,基于Hedonic模型进行多元回归分析,探究影响常玉艺术品拍卖市场价格的相关因素以及艺术品销售策略特征,建立拍卖价格模型,以期为艺术品收藏家的投资决策及相关艺术经营机构的运营策略提供实证性的参考和依据.
Abstract:Since the 1990 s,Sanyu's art works have gradually become more optimistic for the auction market.The prices of works have been rising all the way both in China and abroad.As a focus art figure,how Sanyu's art is discovered and recognized by the market is an excellent case for art market analysis.This article makes multivariate regression analysis on 501 Sanyu's art works auction records in the world's important art markets from 1996 to 2018 on the Hedonic model,exploring the factors influencing the prices and art marketing strategies to establish an auction price model,which provides empirical reference for the investment decision of art collectors and operation strategies of related art agencies.
