分析了当前社会体育专业人才培养存在的主要问题,探讨了当前社会需要下的社会体育专业人才的培养目标、课程设置和培养方法等.培养适应社会发展需求的体育专业人才,要根据社会与市场的需求,转变旧观念,设计出新型的具有高素质、高技能、复合型的人才模式.在此基础上,建构专业人才培养的课程体系及其知识结构,同时探索开放式的办学途径以培养学生的综合素质和能力结构.

Through investigation,literature material,and expert interview,the essay analyzes the main problems that occur in current professional education in social sports.It has discussed its goal and curriculum to meet the need of the current society and the market demand.Colleges should transform the old idea and design new education pattern to train the skilled and talented students.On this foundation,the construction of the curriculum system and the knowledge structure in the profession,and the simultaneous exploration of the school pattern will surely raise students' comprehensive quality and ability.
