在当前多元思想交织、协同机制缺位、教育内容与工作方式滞后的背景下,推动国有企业思想政治工作与企业文化建设深度融合,对提升企业核心竞争力、促进内部和谐、引导健康发展具有重要现实意义.通过分析二者融合的内在基础与现实挑战,从强化顶层设计、创新工作方式、注重人才培养等方面提出具体路径,认为思想政治工作与企业文化在功能目标上一致,可通过机制、内容与方法协同赋能国有企业高质量发展.
Abstract:Against the backdrop of intertwined diverse ideologies,lack of collaborative mechanisms,and backward educational content and working methods,promoting the in-depth integration of ideological and political work(IPW) and corporate culture construction in state-owned enterprises(SOEs) is of great practical significance for enhancing core competitiveness,fostering internal harmony,and guiding healthy development.This paper analyzes the inherent foundations and practical challenges of their integration,proposes specific paths from aspects such as strengthening top-level design,innovating working methods,and focusing on talent training,and holds that ideological and political work and corporate culture are consistent in functional goals and can synergistically empower the high-quality development of SOEs through mechanisms,content and methods.
