Abstract:

The paper analyzes the causes and harms of pre-school teachers' job burnout based on defining the concept of pre-school teachers ' job burnout. Finally it puts forward that pre- school education institutions should attach great importance to the problem of pre-school teachers' job burnout and take some measures like relaxation to cope with the problem.
