摘要：
在界定学前教师职业倦怠概念的基础上,剖析了学前教师职业倦怠的危害、产生的原因,最后提出学前教育机构应高度重视教师职业倦怠问题,学前教师自身要学会放松等措施以应对教师职业倦怠的.
Abstract：The paper analyzes the causes and harms of pre-school teachers' job burnout based on defining the concept of pre-school teachers ' job burnout. Finally it puts forward that pre- school education institutions should attach great importance to the problem of pre-school teachers' job burnout and take some measures like relaxation to cope with the problem.
