摘要：
当前中国正处于传统“礼法”社会向现代法治社会变革的历史时期 ,调查研究当前国民的法制观念 ,分析传统观念与现代法制精神不尽一致的东西 ,为现代法制社会建设提供些许思考
Abstract：Currently, China is in the process of changing from a traditional society of the proprieties to a modern one of legality. By surveying citizens' present concept of legality, this article analyzes the differences between the traditional concept and modern legality spirit to help construct a modern legality society.
