高校是培养社会主义建设者和接班人的重要阵地，高校党建是党的建设新的伟大工程的重要组成部分。牢牢把握社会主义办学方向，关键要推进党的建设和高校事业发展深度融合。基于问题导向，从顶层设计、工作实施、工作成效三个方面分析当前党建引领高校事业高质量发展存在的问题；基于成果导向，着力在强化“四融”上求突破，探究党建引领高校事业发展的实践路径，推动高校党建与高校事业发展深度融合，以高质量党建引领推动高校为党育人、为国育才，实现高质量发展。

The universities are important battlefields for cultivating socialist builders and successors, and university party building is an important component of the new great project of party building.To firmly grasp the direction of socialist education, the key is to promote the deep integration of Party building and career development.This article is problem-oriented and analyzes the existing problems in the current party building leading the high-quality development of school undertakings from three aspects: top-level design, work implementation, and work effectiveness.Based on a result-oriented approach, we will strive to make breakthroughs in strengthening the “four integrations”,explore the practical path of Party building leading the development of higher education institutions, promote the deep integration of Party building and the development of higher education institutions, and use high-quality Party building to lead universities in nurturing talents for the Party and the country to achieving high-quality development.
