In 2017,Liaoning's economy was gradually getting rid of the sustained downturn,and the economic indicators continued to be optimistic.However,the new kinetic energy of economic development is insufficient,and it has not yet formed a sustainable growth trend.In order to improve the economy of Liaoning steadily,we must take innovation as the core and drive the new kinetic energy of economic growth of Liaoning by innovation.Through innovative development concept,innovation enterprise system and innovation technology investment policy,we will transform and upgrade Liaoning's traditional industries and develop new industries,new formats and new models.
