微格教学是师范生掌握课堂教学技能的一种培训方法。本文从微格教学的理论依据、微格教学的作业设计、微格教学的教案编写等方面谈谈教育实习前的微格教学，旨在促进师范生形成综合教学能力之前掌握基本的教学技能，提高教育实习的质量。
Abstract：Microteaching is one of training styles for the normal college students to grasp teaching skills. The article discusses the necessary microteaching before students’ practice teaching in the aspects of theoritical basis ,assignment design of microteaching and its teaching outline. It aims at promoting students’ basis teaching skills to foster their overall ability and improve the quality of practice teaching.
