抗日战争时期，为了更好地服务于抗战，众多艺术家齐聚延安开展抗战服务创作与演出，成立了鲁迅艺术学院.在当时的时代背景下，这些艺术家尽管无法直接投身于抗战一线，却满怀热情地创作了大量文艺作品，为抗战工作提供了源源不断的精神力量，为新中国文艺事业发展打下了坚实的基础与提供了有力保障.时至今日，鲁艺精神仍引领着中国新时代音乐发展，如何进一步传承和发扬鲁艺精神成为每位教育者需要重点思考的问题.文章就鲁艺精神和中国新时代音乐文化发展情况进行论述，以供后续研究借鉴与参考.

During the Anti Japanese War, in order to better serve the war, many artists gathered in Yan'an to carry out anti Japanese service creation and performance, and established the Lu Xun Academy of Art.In the context of that era, although these artists were unable to directly devote themselves to the forefront of the Anti Japanese War, they created a large number of literary and artistic works with enthusiasm, providing an endless source of spiritual strength for the anti Japanese war work and laying a solid foundation and guarantee for the development of the literary and artistic cause in New China.To this day, the spirit of Luyi is still leading the development of music in the new era in China.How to further inherit and promote the spirit of Luyi has become one of the key issues that every educator needs to consider.The article discusses the spirit of Luyi and the development of music culture in the new era of China, for future research and reference.
