网络环境下,高校图书馆采访对象趋向"多元化",读者阅读趋向"电子化",采访方式趋向"快捷化",对采访人员的要求趋向"信息化".高校图书馆要树立以用户为中心的采访理念,制定科学的采访和评估制度,提高采访人员计算机和网络技术应用能力,保证文献资源采访的质量,实现信息资源的有序增长.

Under the network environment,the object of University Library acquisition tends to diversify,reading has become electronic,the speed of acquisition turns to be fast,and the staff are required to be informationized.University library should establish the user-centered idea,formulate scientific interview and assessment systems,improve the staff's application ability to use computer and network technology,ensure the quality of literature acquisitioning to realized the orderly growth of information resources.
